Justin Zale is an Executive Director of Pelham S2K, where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments. He is also a Principal of S2K Partners, an alternative investment firm dedicated to providing capital and strategic solutions to middle market companies and funds.

Previously, Justin was a Senior Associate in the Merchant Banking & Investment Banking departments at Cantor Fitzgerald. Prior to Cantor Fitzgerald, he was an Associate at HW Capital, a private equity firm focused on distressed investing. Prior to HW Capital, he was an Associate in the Real Estate Finance group at Credit Suisse.

Justin earned a B.A. from Emory University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
