Gwendolyn Smith Iloani is a Partner of Pelham S2K and a member of the Pelham S2K Investment Committee. She is also President and CEO of Smith Whiley & Company, a privately-owned investment firm which specializes in credit and mezzanine investments nationwide.

Prior to forming Smith Whiley, Gwen was a Managing Director in Aetna Inc.’s Investment Department where she was a member of Aetna’s Investment Committee. Gwen directed investments in excess of $4 billion on behalf of Aetna and she expanded Aetna’s presence in the mezzanine and senior debt marketplace.

Gwen earned a B.A. from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from The Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford.
